The American Annals of the Deaf is published five times a year: March, April, July, October, and December. Subscriptions are $50 a year for the USA; $55 a year for Canada; and $65 a year for all other foreign countries. Yearly institutional subscription rates are $60, U.S.A.; $66, Canada; and $80, other foreign countries. Single copies of the reference (April) issue are $27 for the USA and $30 all other countries. There is an agency discount of 10% except for Reference and single issue orders. Orders from outside the USA must be prepaid. All payment must be in U.S. Dollars only. Note:  beginning April 4, 2001, you may now use MasterCard or Visa to pay for your Annals subscription.  No other type of credit card is accepted at this time. Contact the Circulation Manager regarding special orders or single back issue orders.
